Booking Appointments

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Late Arrival

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their appointment shortened, depending on availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $100 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged $100.

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged as stated above.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Appointment reminders will be sent via email or text 1 week and 24 hours in advance. Please confirm your appointment to secure your time slot.

Walk-Ins

  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we recommend scheduling in advance to guarantee your preferred time.

Consultations

  • Skincare & Injection Consultations: We provide consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers for a $50 fee. If a purchase is made during your appointment, the consultation fee will be applied to your total. We believe that an informed client with realistic expectations will achieve the most satisfaction with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion of all available options—both immediate and long-term—and a personalized plan of action tailored to your individual goals.

  • Weight Loss Consultation: We charge a $100 non-refundable consultation fee for weight loss consultations with one of our expert providers. We believe that an informed client with realistic expectations is best positioned to achieve satisfaction with their results. During the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive discussion tailored to your unique medical history, education of all available weight loss options, both immediate and long-term, and a personalized plan of action designed to help you reach your individual goals.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment at Time of Service

  • Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.

  • For packages or multi-session treatments, payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).

Deposits

  • Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are applied to the total cost of your service or product purchase at time of visit (weight loss consultation fees do not apply). Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

Consultation Fee for Weight Loss Services

  • A $100 non-refundable consultation fee is required for weight loss consultations.

  • This fee secures your appointment and will NOT be applied toward the cost of your treatment plan if you choose to proceed.

Refunds

  • Products: All product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Services: Services are non-refundable, as results may vary per individual. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible adjustments or follow-up care.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used for any services or products offered by Elevé Wellness & Aesthetics.

Gratuity

  • Gratuity is not included in service prices but is always appreciated on non-medical services for exceptional care.
